Account & Personal Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Section 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023, India) and international Right to Erasure standards.
Parents and legal guardians have the perpetual right to request the deletion or redaction of digital records, photos, device tokens, and portal credentials once a student has completed studies or obtained a Transfer Certificate (TC).
Important Legal Notice: Under educational board bylaws (CISCE) and Indian statutory audit laws, the school is legally required to archive permanent academic transcripts, registration records, and financial receipts for 7 years. Digital portal accounts, cafeteria RFID balances, photos, and tracking telemetry will be purged immediately.
